• When I try to play the game, the try again button keeps appearing, but there is no room description or actions I can take!

  This can be due to something on our end, but we often find that a strong internet connection resolves this issue. Try moving your device to a different location and try again. If the issue persists, please try again later or contact us by clicking "Contact Us" below.

• When the room finishes generating, there is only a single action and it says "Try something different"

  This means something went wrong when generating actions. Tap on "Try something different" and type in whatever you'd like in order to continue the story with Maze Master!

• I tried to join the beta test, but when I click the link, there is no build available.

  This means there is no active beta test at the time or all available slots have been taken. Please try joining the next open beta when it's announced. We look forward to your feedback!
